Kerry Wilson

Born in New Zealand.

London 1984 - 1998

Currently lives and works in Sydney, Australia.

Kerry Wilson is a fine art photographer with a strong connection to the ocean.

Kerry's path to fine art photography is not an orthodox one but it is integral to the character of his work.

He worked in New Zealand as a graphic designer and moved to London in 1985.

Throughout his time as a designer, he was drawn to photography and experimented and

developed his skills in parallel.

From 1989 he focused solely on photography.

In the UK he became known in the creative sector for his experimental techniques and creative approach.

In 1998 he moved to Sydney where he continued creating innovative imagery for commissioned projects,

both here and internationally.

In 2013 his focus shifted from commercial to fine art photography and his passion for water and the ocean.
